WORKOUT 1


Warm-up on treadmill for 10 minutes.

15 Assisted Pull-ups (make them challenging, and note what setting you perform)
15/leg Lunges (Hold onto 12-lb dumbbells)
15 Assisted Dips (make them challenging, and note what setting you perform)
15/leg Single-Leg Deadlifts 15-lb dumbbell, held in same hand as working leg(single-leg toe touches, YouTube search if you can’t remember, or call me)

Repeat 3 times through.

After finishing the above routine, head back to the treadmill….

Set treadmill at an incline of level 4, begin a slow paced jog. After 5 minutes, increase the incline level to 5. After another 5 minutes, increase the incline another level.
Continue this INTERVAL, until you’ve reached 30 minutes total. (Every 5 minutes you increase the incline level by 1 level)
